Ive had nothing but a great experience with CGU. They were the fastest to service my phone call and also the fastest insurance company to settle my claim when my whole street got damaged in a hail storm. Highly recommend

Called for a refresh of my car insurance - spoke to Allan - Allan was Australian and very helpful! Open and honest and worked with me to make the changes to my insurance to reduce my premium. Very happy with the customer service. Felt like I needed to leave feedback as I always check reviews before committing and my experience was very different to what others have said.

Very good insurance company, I see that the have some bad reviews but in my case they were very helpful. went over some rocks on the road and they hit my sump which cracked it and all the oil came out and seized the engine, this also happen at mt Barney (middle of nowhere) they organise a towing company to pick it up and assessor it which was a 2 hour drive for them with no extra close to me. My car was written off, This insurance company pay my claim and even went over market value because it had low ks, super happy with them, will definitely get my new car insured with them.

The best insurance company I’ve ever dealt with! We (unfortunately) had 3 claims within a year and CGU has no issues and helped us through the whole lot. They were always kind and quick to process our claims. There was no passing-the-buck like you experience with some companies. These guys are highly recommended!
